We are still looking for an additional team member as we have not yet found the right match. We are seeking a candidate with relevant education and experience.

Själandsgården's HVB is a small residential care home for young girls and women aged 15–21. We provide qualitative treatment based on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). We value a good working environment and are looking for someone who is engaged, curious, and interested in motivating others. You need to be stress-tolerant, flexible, and have good self-awareness, as the work involves various challenges. We place great importance on the ability to collaborate and a willingness to participate in development.

Your tasks will include being part of the young people's daily lives and providing education through lessons, individual conversations, etc. You must be able to document, coordinate, and participate in meetings with clients. You should also be willing to take the young people on outdoor activities in nature and try out various sports. We prefer that you are an active person who enjoys moving and being active in a community with others.

Working at Själandsgården involves a varied workday. We also use horses in our work with the young people, so experience with or knowledge of horses is a prerequisite.

The work involves 24-hour shifts.
